The Aries Group had recently declared a revolutionary reform to pay salary to housewives. This reform was officially launched on 28th March 2021.

The first salary was presented to Mrs. Deepa Prabhiraj, wife of Aries Group’s Managing Director, Mr. Prabhiraj Natarajan. The project was inaugurated on the occasion of the Group’s 23rd anniversary and birthday of Dr. Sohan Roy, Founder Chairman and CEO of Aries Group. With this, the Aries Group became the first institution to recognize the sanctity and importance of homework. With this reform’s launch, Aries Group has become the first institution to recognize the sanctity and significance of homemakers.

Aries Group is also an institution that currently pays pensions to the parents of employees. Besides the revolutionary decision to pay wives, the company distributed cash and benefits worth Rs 1 lakh to Rs 1 crore to its employees, depending on their service length.
