Felicitation Function at Kola Perumal Chetty Vaishnav Senior Secondary School

“Hardwork never goes unrewarded”

To commemorate its Golden Jubilee year, Kola Perumal Chetty Vaishnav Senior Secondary school, organized a Felicitation Function to honour the staff of the school for their dedicated service and also the meritorious students of CBSE board examination 2020-21 in the school premises.

The Chief Guest of the function was Thiru. T.P Rajesh, I.A.S, Commissioner of Handlooms and Managing Director, Co-optex, Chennai.

Shri Hithesh Kaanodia, Secretary and Correspondent of the school, Shri. L. Neelakanta Pillai, Director, Vaishnav Group of schools, Shri. T.Ramasubramanian, Principal and Mrs. Seetha Lakshmi, the P.T.A President, graced the programme.

The function began with an invocation followed by a mesmerizing dance by the students of class XI, offering their tribute and invoking the blessings of their Gurus. The Welcime speech was then delivered by the Principal of the school.

In his speech , the Chief Guest, praised the teachers’ and parents for their prominent role in the lives of students. He thanked them for their excellent support during the pandemic and the post pandemic period. He also advised the students to be disciplined and respect their parents and teachers. He stated that all students must develop a passion for learning and must strive hard to achieve their goal.

Mrs. Seethalakshmi, the P.T.A President spoke about her association with the school and she also prayed that the school should cross many more laudable milestones in the years to come. The Chief Guest presented Endowment prizes to the meritorious students. Mementos were presented to the staff for their dedicated service.
