Komatsu India Private Limited sponsored the construction of a 4100 sq.ft Community Hall 

Community Hall Inauguration

Komatsu India Private Limited sponsored the construction of a Community Hall at Panruti Village, Sriperumbudur. Sevalaya was the implementation partner coordinating the construction.



The 4100 sq.ft Community Hall was inaugurated on 21st February 2024 by Yasunori Fujii, Managing Director, Komatsu India Private Limited in the presence of senior officials from Komatsu India Private Limited, S Srikrishna, Sr. Vice President and Director-HR, GA, ICT and Compliance, C Sundararajan- Deputy Plant Manager, A K Raghunath Rao, GM, Quality and Panruti Village President, Arjunan.

The project cost is Rs 1 crore and 17 lakhs. Yasunori Fujii, Managing Director in his address expressed his immense happiness in constructing and dedicating the Community Hall to the village and its people. 10,000 people in the Panruti village will benefit from this facility.



He requested the village president as well as the villagers to take care of the maintenance of the Community Hall. He also advised the villagers to make the best use of the facilities, for all their social gatherings, village festivities, and family celebrations.

Talking about his own as well as Komatsu India’s long-term presence in Tamil Nadu, he highlighted the organization’s contribution to various projects in and around the community.
