The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) Chennai celebrated Sri Krishna Janmashtami at the Sri Radha Krishna Temple in Akkarai, Sholinganallur (off ECR) on 6thand 7th September 2023.
September 6: A special Darshan of Lord Sri Radha Krishna was held, accompanied by Arati, at ISKCON Sri Radha Krishna Temple.
Thursday, September 7: The Darshan of Lord Sri Sri Radha Krishna commenced at 8:30 a.m. People witnessed the beautiful Abhishekam of Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Krishna and enjoyed Bhajans and Kirtans. Arati was marked the divine appearance of Lord Krishna 5000 years ago, Anukalpa Prasadam distributed to public.
Various stalls exhibited memorable experiences for visitors of all age groups, including QA booths and on-spot Gita Course registrations.
Children and teens were Engaged in games and quizzes and got instant gifts and prizes.
