Free LENOVO M10 Tabs Distribution
Shri Mangichand Bhandari Jain Higher Secondary school distributed 25 free Lenovo M10 Tabs sponsored by Rotary club of Madras Southwest to the deserving students to enable them to attend their online classes on 22-09-2020 in its newly renovated modern auditorium in the august presence of the Chief Guest Rtn J Sridhar-District Governor Nominee Rotary Club of Madras Southwest, Rtn K V Prakash-President Rotary Club of Madras Southwest, Rtn Jnaneshwar-Secretary Rotary Club of Madras Southwest, Rtn Balbir Singh Lodha, School Correspondent Shri Nirmal Nahar, School Secretary Shri Kishan Jain Srisrimal, Headmistress Smt Sapthagiri, teachers, parents and students.
The Chief Guest was welcomed by Rtn K V Prakash-President of Rotary Club of Madras South West and introduced by Rtn Jnaneshwar-Secretary of Rotary Club Madras South West.
The children received their Lenovo M10 Tab with utmost reverence and enthusiasm and thanked both the Management and the Rotary Club for their magnanimity. The parents too were sincerely thankful to the school for solving their difficulty during the pandemic situation and have assured that these Tabs will be useful for not only their own children but also other students of the school in future. The program was conducted by strictly following the SOP. The parents were assisted with sanitising their hands and thermal screening.
The school had already begun its online classes in the month of August itself and some of the students found it difficult to attend these classes. So the Management and the Rotary Club of Madras Southwest took initiative to reduce the burdens of parents by providing Tabs to the students so as not to lag behind in studies from their peer group.
