Since we know that flipkart is selling new and branded items and all the new products will be expected to be good and working conditions that's why we paid money and purchased and waiting for the ( WORKING ) item to get delivered. once we opened the product we got the reality. The camera is not displaying any thing , we are getting white blank display, and we cant see what is in front of camera , after taking snap also. Then what is the use in this camera . We are not interested in going to service center from the 1st minute once we opened the product. My age is 79 i cant run to near by city. As we have not got the working product what we have ordered and mentioned in the website by the seller, we kindly request you to replace the ORDER Nikon Coolpix L28 Point & Shoot (Red). we hope flipkart wil provide us good service in this . Camera Service Centre Phone: 044 - 42041424 #94, Prince Towers, Shop #F-18, 1st Floor, Kellys, Chennai - 600010 The camera was checked by service people and told that no display in camera. They are not ready to give letter for the same. They are saying they only do services . As we are continuously suffering by this purchase for past one week and it has spoiled our new year mood everything, we cant leave this matter just like that. We need justice , kindly let us know do you provide solution for this or not , or you don't bother about your customers. We are not ready to mentally suffer any more and its affecting my health. Please revert back to us . So that we will seek Legal help in this matter.
